What does it mean?

The Web-13 rating means that Angel Fall's target audience is ages 13 and up.

By U.S. law, all members of any internet forum must be age 13 or older, so we can't allow people younger than 13 to join the forums. If we learn that a member is 12 or under, we're obligated to cancel their account.
A great deal of Angel Fall is made up of competitive sparring, which naturally involves violence, but there is no bloodshed, as the combatants are robots. Blood may be mentioned briefly outside of the sparring, but it is never gratuitous.
Cursing stronger than "damn" and "crap" must be censored.
Graphic sex and pornography are completely banned from the site, but love/romance are not. Homosexuality is accepted just as much as heterosexual love, and has the same allowances and restrictions as heterosexual love—nothing explicit is allowed. There may be slightly suggestive language, although we don't allow much of this at all.
We have a surprising amount of philosophy on the site, mostly akin to the kinds found in Issac Asimov's writings, and a great majority of it may simply go over younger children's heads.
Characters in the RP may die, although of course it is never disgusting or graphic.
Stronger themes may be implied (particularly stronger violence may be briefly hinted at), but we never go into detail, and it's never explicit. Ever.
Most importantly, it should be taken into account that Angel Fall is a purely written medium. We feel that makes Angel Fall a great deal milder than any visual work with the same content.

Based upon this, we feel that people age 13 and older can participate on Angel Fall freely and safely without coming to any harm. The final decision, however, must of course lie in the hands of the parents and/or the individuals themselves. If you or your parents do not feel that Angel Fall is a good place for you, then please do not play on the RP or continue further into the site.
